The works involved the enclosure of a previously external space to form a covered dispatch area together with the removal of hazardous asbestos roofing and cladding from adjacent buildings which were re-clad whilst keeping the production areas operational during what, at the time, was the wettest summer on record. 

The project was completed on time for this Xylem brand commercial pump manufacturer.
