Conversion of an existing warehouse unit to accommodate the re-location of a gas testing and training facility and the UK HQ of a large European testing & certification organisation.

The refurbishment comprised a new mezzanine floor with training rooms, testing laboratories, consultancy and general offices, along with the construction of specialist built testing chimneys and rigs.
